is made and entered into as of the 1st day of July, 2018 (“Effective Date”), by and between PRATT RECYCLING, INC., a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business at 1800-C Sarasota Business Parkway, Conyers, Georgia 30013 (hereinafter “Procurer”); and THE CITY OF DECATUR, a municipal government, with its division office located at 2635 Talley Street, P.O. Box 220, Decatur, Georgia 30031 (hereinafter “Supplier”). Supplier and Procurer are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
