THIS AGREEMENT FOR CONTRACT SERVICES (herein “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 12 day of January, 2021 by and between the City of South El Monte, a California, a municipal corporation (“City”) and John L. Hunter & Associates, Inc., a California corporation (“Consultant”). City and Consultant may be referred to, individually or collectively, as “Party” or “Parties.”
