This Data Sharing Agreement (“DSA”), effective on the date of execution by the last signing Party (the “Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and between Teach For America, Inc. ("Teach For America,” or "Recipient"), and the Covington Independent Public Schools ("CIPS"), (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
