is made and entered into by and among COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), and RECOLOGY SOUTH BAY, a California corporation (“Grantee”). County and Grantee may be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”, unless specifically identified otherwise. This Amendment shall take effect on the Effective Date specified below. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement (as defined below).
