This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) constitutes an agreement between U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). a component of the Department of Homeland Security (OHS), and the Fmklin County Sheriffs Office (FCSO), pursuant to which ICE delegates to nominated, trained, certified, and authorized FCSO personnel the authority to perform certain immigration enforcement functions as specified herein. The FCSO and ICE enter into this MOA in good faith and agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained herein.
