This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiffs Serg Ramirez and Fritzgerald De Roxas (together, “Plaintiffs”) and defendant Baxalta, US, Inc. (“Baxalta”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiffs and Baxalta collectively as “Parties,” or individually as a “Party.”
