This Agreement is made pursuant to Section 111.70 of the State of Wisconsin Statutes, between the City of Cedarburg, Wisconsin, hereinafter called "Employer", and the Cedarburg Police Officer's Association, Local 223, The Labor Association of Wisconsin, Inc., hereinafter called "Association", on behalf of and covering only full-time employees of the Employer's Police Department employed in the classifications of Detective, Sergeant, and Patrolman, hereinafter called "Employees".
