NATIONAL PARTNERSHIP‌‌ON HOMEBUILDER An agreement between  the Commonwealth of Australia and  the States and Territories, being:  New South Wales  Victoria  Queensland  Western Australia  South Australia  Tasmania  the Australian Capital Territory  the Northern Territory This Agreement will establish a time-limited grant to support the residential construction sector respond to falling demand and to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.
