THIS DHE LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 10, 2009 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Culver Digital Distribution Inc., a Delaware corporation and affiliate of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Inc. (“Licensor”), and Verizon Corporate Services Group Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of New York (“Licensee”).
