GoodWe Technologies Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as GOODWE) Lynx C 60KWH Energy Storage System is an AC-coupled battery storage system for industrial usage (the “Energy Storage system”). Which comprises a variety of components (the “Energy Storage system Components”).The Energy Storage system Components covered by these Warranty Terms and Conditions are the control cabinet, the lithium-ion battery (the “Battery”), the battery management system (“BMS”), and the control unit (the “ControlShield”). The Battery consists of eleven modules (the “Battery Module”), each comprising multiple lithium-ion cells (the “Battery Cells”).
