Platform.sh [contracting country entity as specified in the Order Quote, with corresponding address and company number referenced in the ‘Addendum – Country Specific Terms’ in this document] (together with its affiliates and successors, “Platform.sh”), provides various services (“Services”) as specified below (“Agreement”). By using Services or acknowledging in writing or online the Agreement, you expressly acknowledge and agree, on your own behalf as an individual, and on behalf of your employer or another entity which has not yet done so (collectively, "Subscriber"), that Subscriber is entering into a binding legal agreement with Platform.sh, is over 18 years of age, has full authority to bind such employer or other entity, and has understood and agrees to comply with the Agreement.
