This Grant Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions for the following grant from the Montana Healthcare Foundation (“MHCF”) to Park County (“Grantee”). MHCF and Grantee are sometimes collectively referred to in this Agreement as “the parties.” Under the terms of this Agreement, MHCF will make a grant of $74,790.00 (the “Grant”) to Grantee to support Grantee’s project as described in Grantee’s submitted proposal and work plan (“the Project”) and budget. When fully executed, these terms and conditions will govern all aspects of Grantee’s work on the Project.
