This Data Processing Agreement and its Attachments (“DPA”) between Mediqal Health Informatics Ltd. (“Vendor”) and the entity that receives any Vendor Products from Vendor (the “Customer”) pursuant to a written or electronic agreement which governs the provision of those Vendor Products (the “Agreement”) shall apply to the extent that (i) Vendor Processes Personal Data on behalf of the Customer, and (ii) either the Agreement expressly incorporates this DPA by reference or the parties sign this DPA.
