This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") shall be for the purpose of establishing a relationship between NASA JSC and TEES to advance Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education by providing opportunities for NASA personnel to provide technical expertise and facility access to TEES students and researchers for research projects of mutual interest. NASA JSC has a variety of unique hardware and software platforms, expertise, facilities, and capabilities that can be leveraged to address national technical challenges and catalyze economic growth in alignment with NASA's 2022 Strategic Plan. Specific efforts performed under this Umbrella Agreement may include lunar payload development, aeroscience and flight mechanics, space and life sciences, crew and thermal systems, vehicle propulsion and power, structures and materials, avionics, radiation, data science, robotics, software and simulation, computer science, cyberse
