This Class Action Settlement Agreement (“Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and among Plaintiff Rick Guszkiewicz (“Guszkiewicz” or “Plaintiff”), for himself individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class and Defendant Beelman Truck Co. (“Beelman” or “Defendant”). (Plaintiff and Defendant are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”) This Settlement Agreement is intended by the Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, and is subject to the approval of the Court.
