This Agreement contains the terms and conditions for the use of Shell Federal Credit Union's Mobile Deposit Capture Services or its affiliates ("SFCU", "us," or "we") may provide to you ("you," or "User"). Other agreements you have entered into with SFCU, including the Depository Agreement and Disclosures governing your SFCU account, are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement.
