THIS GRANT CONTRACT is made and entered into by and between the COUNTY OF LANCASTER, NEBRASKA, a county and political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor", and Lincoln Calling, a nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee". Individually, the Sponsor and the Grantee may be referred to as a “Party,” and collectively they may be referred to as “Parties.”
