These General Terms and Conditions constitute the contractual terms and conditions for the “Master Securities Lending Agreement” entered into between the parties. Notwithstanding the absence of a reference to the above-stated Master Agreement in conjunction with Transactions or in Contract Notes, the Master Agreement shall apply to each Securities Loan which is executed between the parties, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
