This Service & Support Level Specification Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made pursuant to the “Hosting Service Agreement” dated as of October _____, 2015 between Appraisal & Collection Technologies, L.L.C. (ACT) and City of Galveston (CUSTOMER). The purpose of this Agreement is to identify the scope of work, service level commitments, change control procedures and technical support procedures provided by ACT in connection with the Hosting Service Agreement. These are defined in detail throughout this document.
