Please find enclosed the original and ten (10) copies of the Interconnection Agreement Between AllTel Kentucky, Inc. and TCG Ohio (“Agreement”) filed on behalf of TCG Ohio (“TCG”) and AllTel Kentucky, Inc. (“AllTel”). The Agreement reflects the voluntary negotiations between TCG and AllTel, pursuant to § 252(a) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (“Act”), and is being submitted to the Kentucky Public Service Commission (“KPSC”) pursuant to § 252(e) of the Act.
