Agreement: This Agreement, effective the 9th day of March 2000, (the “Effective Date”), by and between The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (the “City”), and Marsh USA Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the law of the State of Delaware and authorized to do business in the State of Washington (the “Contractor”). The City agrees to procure and the Contractor agrees to provide Insurance Broker Services described and specified in RFP ESD*88 and the Contractor’s proposal.
