This Data Processing Addendum together with its Schedules and Appendices (“DPA”) forms part of the terms of service, master service agreement or other written or electronic agreement between Treasure Data and Customer setting out the terms and conditions for the supply of data management services (including associated or ancillary services, as from time to time agreed upon under such agreement) by Treasure Data (“Service Agreement”) to reflect the Parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data by Treasure Data for Customer in connection with the provision of the Service.
