This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of December 2, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), between InteleTel, LLC (“InteleTel”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Iowa, with offices at 1713 McNaughton Way, Spencer, IA 51301 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 125 High Street - Oliver Tower, 7th Floor, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and InteleTel may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
