Background: A new NEC phone system was installed as part of the new terminal and garage projects in 2015. In order for the system to continue to operate properly, it is prudent to have routine maintenance, service, and repair on the equipment performed by an NEC authorized partner. Limited services are currently provided on an interim basis by Comm Link, Inc. (CLI) under a time and materials arrangement.
