We are submitting the attached proposed Conventional Hangar Lease for Commercial Aviation Use between the Town of Addison (Landlord) and ADS US Sport Aircraft, LLC (Tenant) for the above-referenced airport facility for City Council’s review and approval. The city attorney reviewed the attached Lease and approved it to form.
