This Agreement is entered into as of the 1st day of September, 2011, by and between the Board of Education of Cedar Springs Public Schools of Kent and Newaygo Counties, Michigan, hereinafter called the "Board," and the Cedar Springs Education Association (CSEA/MEA/NEA), hereinafter called the "Association," which is affiliated with the Michigan Education Association, hereinafter called the "MEA," and also affiliated with the National Education Association, hereinafter called the "NEA."
