This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement” or “Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and between Plaintiff Robert Maricle (“Plaintiff” or “Maricle”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, and Defendant Agreliant Genetics, LLC (“Defendant”), in the case of Maricle v. Agreliant Genetics, LLC; Case No. 2019L000481, currently pending in the Circuit Court of Madison County, Illinois, Illinois, (the “Litigation”). Plaintiff and Defendant are each referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
