This Coin Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your purchase and use of Bitsrent BTR Token based on ERC-20 distributed on the Ethereum blockchain and is an agreement between you or the entity that you represent (“Purchaser” or “you”) and Bitsrent Limitada. (“the Company”). The Purchaser and the Company are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
