This Cooperative Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is the result of a joint effort by teams from the East Lyme Board of Education (hereinafter “ELBOE”) and Salem Board of Education (hereinafter “SBOE”) who made up the “Cooperative Agreement Committee” hereby known as the Committee.
