This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) supplements the main agreement between Binary Tree and [Customer], (hereinafter “Customer”) including any additional exhibits or agreements executed between the Parties (the “Main Agreement”). (Collectively, the “Agreement”). This DPA is effective as of (1) the execution date of the Agreement if incorporated as an exhibit; or (2) the date signed if executed separately from the Agreement.
