This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Bottling Group, LLC and its affiliates and/or respective subsidiaries collectively comprising Pepsi Beverages Company, with an office located at 1500 Touhy Ave., Elk Grove Village, IL. 60007 (“Pepsi”) and Community Unity School District 200, having its principal place of business at 130 West Park Ave., Wheaton, IL. 60189 (“Customer”). The support described below is in lieu of any other discounts, allowances or rebates to which the Customer might otherwise be entitled from time to time. When fully executed, this Agreement will constitute a binding obligation of both parties until expiration or termination.

When fully executed, this Agreement will constitute a binding obligation of both parties until expiration or termination.
