On May 9, 2022, Council gave first reading to proposed “Housing Agreement Authorization Bylaw No. 5200, 2022” (“the proposed Bylaw”) regarding proposed Parcel A at 2195 Gordon Avenue (also known as 990 22nd Street), and Kiwanis North Shore Housing Society. This memo attaches a revised Housing Agreement in Appendix 1 that is intended to replace the Housing Agreement in the proposed Bylaw.
