The term of this Agreement (Term) is the period that is commented on the effective date and terminates on thirty (30) days before being delivered by either party to the other for any reason. When any termination of the Services as provided in the previous sentence, This Agreement shall be suspended except that provisions are set forth in Section 2.b, 4 and 6 of this Agreement shall survive as a determination.
