The following User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the “Nando’s FireStarters online community panel” ("Website"), including without limitation and, where applicable, participation in its surveys, bulletin boards, forums, chats, and all other areas (except to the extent stated otherwise on a specific page) managed by Nudge Now (Pty) Ltd.
