DAB Garage Doors (DAB) hereby warrants to the Original Buyer/Property Owner, and other future Homeowners of the property where the door is originally installed, that if the garage door sections sold under this Limited Warranty proves to be defective in material or workmanship that results in cracking, peeling, delamination, flaking, corroding, perforation of the steel metal skin due to rust, and/or discoloration, so long as said door system is used under normal use and service while in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating instructions and provided that reasonable annual maintenance to the door system is performed and used under and subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty as verified upon inspection by persons authorized by DAB, that DAB will repair, restore, or otherwise replace (at DAB's option) any such defective garage door section.
