This Master Securities Lending Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Fidelity Capital Markets (“FCM”), a division of National Financial Services LLC (“NFS”), and the Account(s) identified below (“Lender”). You may enroll multiple individual and retirement accounts with the same Tax ID on a single agreement by entering the information for each account below. However, you should not combine individual accounts with accounts that require multiple signatures on the same agreement.
