This Agreement, when signed by the Applicant (“Member”) and accepted by Palmetto Motorsports Club, LLC doing business as Palmetto Motorsports Club (“PMC”), along with Membership Application, PMC Rules & Regulations, and Membership Benefits document, constitute the full Agreement between PMC and Member with respect to Member’s use of the facilities of the Palmetto Motorsports Club.
