All individuals (“Participants”) sailing or participating in any program (“HRCS Activities”) at Hudson River Community Sailing (“HRCS”) must conduct themselves safely and exercise good judgment. Participants agree to abide by all HRCS safety policies and procedures both written and verbal. All Participants must wear a correctly fitting, secured and USCG approved personal floatation device when sailing.
