Since each of Mr. Wang and Ms. Zheng is our Controlling Shareholder and our executive Director, and hence, a connected person of our Company, the Lease Agreement constitutes a continuing connected transaction of our Company under Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules upon [REDACTED].
