This College Master Services Agreement (the “MSA”) is made between CampusLogic, Inc. (“CampusLogic”), successor in interest to Raise Labs Inc., dba RaiseMe, a Delaware Corporation, (“RaiseMe”), and the College Partner identified on the Order Form (the “Partner”), together referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.” Specific service terms will be set forth in the Order Form and are binding on the Parties and subject to this MSA upon execution of the Order Form. The effective date of this Agreement is the Start Date listed on the Order Form (the “Effective Date”).
