The parties to this Branch Manager Employment Agreement are American Financial Network, Inc., hereinafter referred to as AFN or COMPANY, and , hereafter referred to as EMPLOYEE or BRANCH MANAGER. EMPLOYEE desires to operate a Branch office for AFN (at the location set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement), is registered according to the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) (EMPLOYEE’S NMLS # ), and shall operate under the applicable state, regulatory authority, or agency. This Agreement supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties and contains all of the covenants and agreements between the parties in any manner whatsoever.
