This Distributor Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between School Specialty, Inc., a Delaware corporation, doing business at W6316 Design Drive, Greenville, WI 54942 (“School Specialty”) and the undersigned Distributor (“Distributor”). For purposes herein, “School Specialty” shall include all affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent companies as may exist from time to time. This Agreement will supersede all other prior terms and conditions and shall remain in force until it is replaced by a subsequent agreement.
