This Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions upon which Ross Dickson Advertising Pty Ltd ABN 35 623 417 238 trading as AdPlace (hereinafter known as “AdPlace”, “us” or “we”) will perform work or provide services for its clients (hereinafter known as the “Client” or “you”). This Agreement shall apply to the establishment, operation and use of the Account opened by AdPlace in the Client’s name and to all transactions effected by the Client on such Account.
