Spectralink Corporation (“Spectralink”) warrants to the end user (“you”) that this Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for one (1) year from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”) from Spectralink or any authorized Spectralink reseller. Spectralink’s sole obligation and your sole remedy under this express warranty shall be, at Spectralink’s option and expense, to repair the defective Product or part, deliver to you an equivalent Product or part to replace the defective item, or if neither of the two foregoing options is reasonably available, Spectralink may, in its sole discretion, refund to you the purchase price paid for the defective Product. All Products that are replaced will become the property of Spectralink. Replacement Products or parts may be new or reconditioned. Spectralink warrants that any replaced or repaired Product or part will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from ship
