The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and El Paso MHMR dba Emergence Health Network (“Grantee”), collectively referred to as the “Parties,” to that certain Mental Health First Aid (“MHFA”) Grant contract effective September 1, 2018 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000186400001 (the “Contract”), as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
