is made and entered by and between CITY OF FERNANDINA BEACH, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, with an address of 204 Ash Street, Fernandina Beach, Florida 32034 hereinafter referred to as the "CITY," and RAYONIER PERFORMANCE FIBERS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, whose mailing address is 1301 Riverplace Blvd., Suite 2300, Jacksonville, FL hereinafter referred to as “RAYONIERPF." The CITY and RAYONIERPF are at times herein collectively referred to herein as “Parties”; each, a “Party”).
