This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective upon commission approval pursuant to Section 252 of the Act (the “Effective Date”), between Frontier Communications of America, Inc. (“FCA”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 401 Merritt 7, Norwalk, CT 06851 and Citizens Telecommunications Company of Oregon LLC (“NWF”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 135 Lake Street S, Suite 1000, Kirkland, WA 98033 (NWF and FCA may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
