This Host Community Agreement (this “HCA”) is made as of April , 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Town of Acton, a Massachusetts municipal corporation with an address at 472 Main Street, Acton, MA 01720, acting by and through its Town Manager (the “Town”), and Mass Wellspring, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company with a principal place of business at 18 Powdermill Road, Acton, MA 01720 (“Wellspring”). The Town and Wellspring are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
