This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is entered into by and among Donnell Hughes and Brenda Hughes, as representatives of the later defined Class, (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”)1 and Defendant Union Savings Bank (“USB”). The Plaintiffs, USB, and the Class are collectively referred to as “Parties.” “Class Counsel” means Terence R. Coates, Justin C. Walker, W.B. Markovits, Zachary C. Schaengold, and Matthew C. Metzger, collectively.
