This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made this 10th of March, 2021 (“the Effective Date”) by and between The University of Baltimore (“the University”), a public university and member of the University System of Maryland located in Baltimore City, Maryland, and Prince George’s Community College (“PGCC”), a community college in Prince George’s County, MD, to offer articulated transfer pathways where, after successful completion of PGCC coursework, admissible PGCC students will be able to transfer seamlessly to the University and enter programs leading to the Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees.
